All the rooms are well-maintained and the staff is polite and very welcoming. The bathroom looks clean. The location is particularly good, 1 mile from Solang-ah. And it's nestled in a beautiful building just off Shopping area, Hidimba Devi Temple, and Clubhouse.

The room was well-designed and big size and had a view to the mountain. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was awesome. Its location relatively near Rahala Falls was good and comfy.

We had a fantastic stay with beautiful views from our room, friendly and helpful staff, and great food. The location was perfect. It was near the Mall Road shopping area and a short walk away from the Hidimba temple. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities.

Spent an amazing Christmas holiday with my family in the hills. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the main market. The view from our room was breathtaking and the room amenities were excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. The food was also delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We particularly loved the live music played in the evenings in the hotel's restaurant.

The bedsheets in our room were stained and it took a while for housekeeping to replace them. , the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in certain areas of the hotel which made it difficult to stay connected.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our window. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with quick room service and delicious food. The amenities offered, such as car hire and dry cleaning, made our stay even more convenient. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort this hotel provided.

The room was clean and tidy upon arrival which made us feel comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast which offered a variety of choices.

Our stay was largely disrupted by a lack of electricity and hot water. The staff was unable to fix the issues, which lead to a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.
